For a little less than a year I have been subscribe to Birchbox and on Friday I showed you guys what came in this months box. I love the idea of a monthly beauty subscription service, so I signed up for another one. This month I received my first Ipsy Bag!!!!! I was so excited when it got here that I ripped the packaging right open to see what came in this months bag, and (OMG!!!!) I am thrilled with my products (and the super cute bag!)
The first thing that I pulled out of my little, magical bag was a deluxe sample size of Urban Decay's new liner, the "24/7 Velvet Glide-On Eye Pencil" in "Black Velvet." I am beyond thrilled that this came in my bag, because I was eyeing it up at Sephora when it hit the store earlier this month.
The next item is the KISS Looks So Natural "Sultry" eyelashes. These look very natural and super easy to wear! I love that they have a clear band. They also have "Tapered End Technology," which apparently means that the ends of each lash are tapered, instead of having a blunt edge. I am not a huge fake lash wearer, so I have never noticed the edges before, but I cannot wait to try these ones.
The last eye product is from City Color and it is there "White Gold" Mousse Eyeshadow. It seems to be similar in texture to the Flower eyeshadow pots. The color is a very pretty white, with gold running through it. I am interested to see how long it lasts throughout the day and if it creases.
The next item is another one that I saw in Sephora and was debating whether or not to get it. It is the new cheek and lip stain, "Lollitint," from Benefit. I'm excited to try this out!
The final item is a tinted lip balm in "Acid Pink," from Cailyn. I have never heard of this brand before, so I cannot wait to see what I think. Just having played around with it, the balm is super pigmented, which is rare for a tinted lip balm and it comes with a little brush. I might do a more in-depth review on this product, and if not, I will definitely let you know my thoughts soon.
